At Farmboy, we take food seriously. Every detail is important in the process, from sourcing ingredients to the type of wood we use for smoking. Our first priority is to make sure everything we cook meets the high standards we have set for ourselves, as well as meeting and exceeding our customers expectations. We never cut corners.

We cook our meats “low and slow” to melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

We use high-quality hardwoods, such as mesquite, oak and apple.
